This is the last time we will stay there. Rooms are not clean, mirrors are broken, sheets with stains, carpet dirty etc. The motel parking was so sketchy, the parking is not taken care
Of, the ceiling is falling off. The stairs are the sketchiest. I will never recommend this motel. If you want to stay in a crack shack, please stay here. Gross!!!!!! From the moment we entered the motel, there was a strong and unpleasant odour throughout the building. The front desk staff were not welcoming, and overall the property appeared poorly managed and neglected.

The stairwells felt unsafe and unstable, and with only one elevator functioning, we waited approximately 20 minutes to access our floor. The parking garage was in extremely poor condition, with insulation hanging from the ceiling, visible damage, and icicles forming inside. This presented a serious safety hazard and felt like an accident waiting to happen.

Our room was not properly cleaned. We booked a king room with a pull-out sofa for our daughter. When we opened the sofa bed, we found old food and wrappers underneath. When I called the front desk to request clean bedding, we were asked to go retrieve it ourselves. The sheet provided was so worn that it was nearly see-through. The dresser was dirty with visible mud, the bathroom mirrors were broken, and there were stains on the ceiling.

Additionally, the toiletries provided were insufficient for three guests. Only one small bottle of shampoo was available, and no conditioner was offered.

Breakfast was also very disappointing. Guests were required to be served and were not allowed to help themselves or take additional food. The dining area also had an unpleasant odour, which made the experience uncomfortable.

Paying $242 for one night in these conditions is completely unacceptable. The overall condition of this motel raises serious concerns regarding cleanliness, health standards, and guest safety.

I strongly recommend that this property be reviewed for health and safety compliance, as the current conditions are not acceptable for the public.

I am happy with the service of this hotel. When the tv of my room cant work, we reported the front office, then the technician (mr. Adel) came and change the tv.
The meals is good and the lady served us nicely.
Comments: Over all good except it must be better if have 2 chairs in the room.

The bathroom itself had some room for improvement but the main room was nice. The staff however, were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend it again based on how polite and accommodating they were. The hotel is close to downtown so there are food and bar options, which is nice in a small town.

Clean room and decent cooked breakfast. Service was great. The elevators had issues the whole time we were there. But good for the price.

Out dated sure but everything you need. Don’t let the entryway fool you it’s a great place.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a pretty incredible spread ! Thank you. 🙏 I will be back.
