We had our wedding at Weatherwood Ranch and it was everything we hoped for and more.

Weatherwood Ranch is a beautiful venue with an outdoor ceremony space, a rustic indoor reception space, and an outdoor patio area with firepits. Weatherwood Ranch’s owner Meg was wonderful to work with. She was accommodating to our special requests and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our wedding. She was also very responsive to all of my emails that I sent her leading up to our wedding. Meg and her team contributed to making this day very special.

We appreciated personal touches for our wedding at Weatherwood Ranch including a custom made brand as well as personalized beer cans with our names and photos on them.

After our wedding many guests told us how beautiful this venue was, and this was also reflected in all of our photos from the day.

I had a chance to tour Weatherwood Ranch, a beautiful barn wood venue tucked among the rolling hills just outside the city of Edmonton.
This venue houses the details and stories of all of the old barns it’s built from. Our tour was like a treasure hunt containing unique pieces of history every direction you turned. Despite its rustic appeal, the barn has all the comforts of modern day including air conditioning for those hot prairie summers.
Weatherwood Ranch has both an indoor venue as well as a cozy and welcoming outdoor space with large gas fire pits for guests to gather. The party can flow seamlessly between the two spaces and, bonus, the bar is accessible from both indoors and outside.

One of my favourite things was learning that there is an opportunity to become a part of all of the history contained within these walls by burning your own personalized “brand” into the wood … what a unique way to mark your special occasion.
It’s all these little touches that make Weatherwood Ranch stand apart from anything like it.

We had our wedding at Weatherwood Ranch and it was everything we wanted. Beautiful, well decorated venue with indoor and outdoor options, a fully stocked bar with attentive staff to food and drink needs, and many beautiful outdoor and indoor areas for photos or a well needed break. Our guests all raved about the beautiful venue, fantastic food, and the amenities. Weatherwood Ranch is a finely tuned, well working machine, but it is also so much more than that. We toured the venue once and met the owners, and immediately cancelled all other tours. At Weatherwood, you don’t feel like you are just a number- You feel like they are your family, and they want you to have the best day in whatever way you choose. We especially want to shout out Meg, who acted as the calm in our storm many times before and during our big day. Meg helped not only with details and keeping the day running smoothly, but she also helped with big emotions and provided a shoulder and kind words when needed, we couldn’t have done this without her. Weatherwood is it’s own love story of the owners, and you feel it when you walk in. I would encourage any future brides and grooms to tour Weatherwood, and feel the magic for yourself.
