Whispering Willow .. it’s one of those places where dreams really do come true.
Rick and Shelley nail every detailed and customize the experience for each bride and groom . From the moment we step foot into the house on Friday afternoon and started our wedding weekend we were blown away with the customer service. We were greeted with fresh flowers all over the house, a fridge filled with essentials, little unique and special notes left in the master bedroom and most importantly they had a gift bag personalized for my daughter that made her smile from ear to ear.
Our actual wedding day was the most relaxed day I’ve ever had and as a mom that’s just what I needed . We were truly pampered by them. I enjoyed getting glimpse of what was to come as Rick brought in our Mimosas, he brought each bridesmaids bouquet individually giving us a build up to my actual bouquet. Shelley delivered the most beautiful arrangement for my bouquet- I had tears in my eyes as I love flowers and she captured my vision precisely.
The food was amazing – each of my guest had nothing but great things to say. The customer services from their staff can’t be matched – all of my guest expressed how quick the bartenders were and how they even knew exactly what they ordered and liked and had it all ready as they saw them coming up … like just WOW service like that is worth every penny and more.
They provided us with a fairytale wedding with every detail having its own spotlight moment. The candy room / dessert room was dedicated to my daughter and it had all of our favorited treats – small things we mentioned in meetings with them were all incorporated into our day.
Rick and Shelley are a God sent to the wedding industry and I hope everyone that signs up for a wedding at Whispering Willow get to experience just how lovely and down to earth they are. I’m beyond grateful for everything did they to make our wedding day special but most importantly they really know how to throw a great party.

Our wedding was this past weekend and it looked like a dream wedding out of a magazine. Rick and Shelley quickly became our friends and took the smallest info from our meetings and used it to make such thoughtful beautiful details throughout the whole venue. Not only did we feel like a king and queen, they made our wedding party, our guests and most importantly our children feel so special. They go above and beyond in every aspect, even late at night Shelley came out with a camera to capture candid late night memories for us.
I recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stress free, magical, beautiful, dream wedding. Everyone one of our guests has told us this was the most perfect wedding they have been to and the food was the best food they have ever eaten.

Whispering Willow is one of the most beautiful venues I’ve had the fortune of visiting. The service, passion and attention to detail that Shelley puts into what she does is top notch. The decor is absolutely stunning, and I look forward to seeing what Shelley does next. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, I 100% recommend Whispering Willow and have nothing but amazing things to say about it.

Attended my sister’s wedding this past weekend. The staff here did an amazing job at giving my sister her dream wedding. They went above and beyond to help us get ready for the wedding and to also have a fantastic night after the ceremony. Rick was a great help keeping things organized and helped me (one of the MCs) keep things on track. Such a fantastic experience.
