Wedding Venue Review:
Whitetail Meadow was a DREAM venue for Liam + I. What drew us into this venue was the naturally stunning Shady Grove, where our ceremony took place. We also loved the pond and the river. Being here feels like being on a little adventure, there is so much beauty to explore which also turns into the most beautiful wedding photos.
It was such a pleasure working with Jenn, Lorie, and Dave. The communication between us was clear and prompt, exactly what I needed while wedding-planning! They were also very accommodating and made our wedding set-up as stress-free as possible. They have extensive experience working together with many wedding vendors, so we felt like we were in good hands here.
The Pavilion was a gorgeous option for the reception; it keeps the wedding partially outdoors while still being indoors because of the big sliding doors that can be open. They also were easy to close up for a bit when it got windy. The Pavilion has been beautifully crafted by Dave and the crew at Whitetail.

I had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at Whitetail Meadow for the first time this last Fall, and it is a dream venue for any couple! With its beautiful variety of landscapes, there are endless stunning photo opportunities. The staff is amazing, and I would highly recommend Whitetail Meadow to any couple seeking a gorgeous venue!

We attended a wedding at this venue… the entire day was beautiful. There was a riverbank ceremony and mingling and visiting on the deck of the main building. The decor was outstanding, and the food was amazing and beautifully presented.

Stopped to take pics of the sunflower field. It’s a beautiful place. PS. We didn’t step a single foot on the field or touch any of the flowers.

I’ve photographed here a handful of times over the years and I’ve always loved this venue. The owners and staff are super friendly and very hardworking. It really feels like a family owned business and every time I come I always have a great quick chat with Dave ( one of the owners ). He’s a super friendly and kind dude.The property itself is beautiful and has tons of photographic potential to work with as you can see in the photos. I’m looking forward to coming back for some new and exciting weddings over the next few years!
