I was in search of a quiet place to shoot an interview for a proof of concept for a documentary that I am in pre production on. Not being from the Qualicum Beach area, a quick search led me to Wendy at You + Me Studio. Wendy was very quick to respond, provided an incredible professional studio service at an amazing price that fit my independent budget perfectly. The studio space is clean, with modern finishes that offered a perfect backdrop for my talent to be interviewed. Included coffee and tea service along with a washroom facility and pre programmed custom locks on the front door, should you need to leave the studio and your gear for a break.

Originally I had booked the studio for 2 hours, but quickly realized that we would need an additional hour for the shoot, as Wendy doesn’t book the space back to back to provide a full cleaning of the studio after each use, she was very accommodating in allowing us to extend the rental. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience we had and highly recommend this space for a multitude of needs. I would not hesitate to re-book this space, should I need to return to the area in the future.

We recently rented this studio space to use for our business’s anniversary celebration and silent auction fundraiser and it could not have gone smoother. Everything from the warm and inviting ambiance to the well-equipped facilities, plus it is central in town and easy to locate! Wendy was extremely helpful when it came to set up and making sure we had everything we needed prior to the event. We will definitely be renting the space again for future use!
