A community hall at Carroll, was formerly a chapel at the No. 17 Service Flying Training School near Souris. Built around 1940, after the war it was moved to this site. It was dedicated on 18 June 1947 to local veterans of the Second World War. It hosted such social functions as dances, pot luck suppers, craft and art shows, and Christmas concerts.
