In 1905 Coldbrook residents began building the Community Hall. Most of the material and labor came from the residents. The hall was completed in 17 months. Today it is called the Heritage Hall and is rented for use by the Coldbrook Community Association.
Description
The Maximum occupancy for the building is 150 standing or 130 seated. The main hall is about 34 feet by 40 feet with an attached kitchen (20 feet by 14 feet). There are two bathrooms. This is an accessible building with one accessible bathroom. There are about 20 6-person tables and 90 chairs.
