Great place for a workout of any kind. Value for money is incredible — CAD 70 gets you a 10 punch pass including usage of several large pools, workout classes, a large weight room and showers.

Good day for giving blood. Ladies were all very Friendly. I found out i have the Gold fluid. Type O neg. Went there with family. We all gave. Actually had some tasty cookie snacks after. Feels good to give. And help save someones life. Nice ti see how healthy my blood is. The ladies were helpful in answering my questions about storage of the bllod parts. How long each last. It takes about 56 days to replenish the pint of blood corpuscle cells. The ones that carry the oxygen.

Great facility for events. Equipped with a full kitchen, gymnasium, stage and bathrooms. Well maintained by Delta staff too.

There are many tables and chairs, as well as sound equipment for use on the stage.

Parking can be difficult if you’re attending a large event, but there is other parking within short walking distance.

A very nice event space. A reasonable amount of parking and a good location. The building is older and has seen a few upgrades and houses several amentities. Best to check their website to see if the gymnasium, pickle ball courts, and pool are available.

Perfect place for a grade 7 graduation glow dance. The kids left a huge mess but the parents did help to clean up. The janitorial staff was amazing and patient with us.
