Originally built in 1893 as an early lending library (called a Mechanics’ Institute), the building has been open to the public for more than 120 years. At approximately 1,500 square feet, the revamped hall is comprised of a community meeting space, kitchen, washrooms and storage space.

The Bella Rose Arts Centre offers a 600 seat theatre. Seat removal is available to accommodate for extra floor space or to provide additional accessibility seating.

The Belleisle Creek Hall has been a beloved part of the community for many years. It is available to rent for parties, community suppers, craft sales, wedding receptions etc.

The Main Hall has a capacity of 250 guests. Rental includes access to coat check and the bar area with sink and refrigerator. The Main Hall is fully wheelchair accessible. It can be rented alone or with the Centennial Room. The Centennial Room has a capacity of 50 guests. Rental includes access to a bar area.
