The Pender Harbour Community Hall in Madeira Park is available to rent for events, meetings, and other activities. ​Our hall has a capacity to hold up to 200 persons maximum. It is a large hall 40′ x 60′ with a performance stage at the end of the room. It also has a separate room complete with bar and refrigerator and small freezer for ice storage. Two washrooms each with a wheelchair stall. A full commercial kitchen with two fridges (one single door and one double door) and one dish sanitizer plus dishes and cutlery for approximately 150+.

This multi-purpose centre has a comfortable seating capacity of 250 and boasts a large, commercial kitchen, a practical stage, hardwood dance floor, sound system with a cordless microphone, a designated bar area, large covered deck and ample parking.

Perdue offers recreation opportunities for all ages and interests, including bowling, walking, curling, skating, hockey, ball, and camping. The New Horizon Centre for senior citizens is open for games, coffee and visiting. The New Horizons is a place for seniors to socialize, play games, engage in social activities and host potluck meals and meetings.
The Arena is also available for larger rentals with a four-lane bowling alley, several social groups meeting weekly, and large hall rentals for special occasions such as weddings, concerts, and more. Full rental package includes: main hall, bar, kitchen, cooler, large and small meeting rooms, coat room and early access for decorating.

In our newly updated hall we offer many amenities to help make your special event as easy to prepare for as possible. Offering ample parking, Air Conditioning, Fully Licenced, accessible entry, proximity to local hotels, Free Wifi and fully equipped with Audio and Visual technology.

Our facility offer two spaces for rental. The Banquet Hall is a spacious, a multi-purpose room available for rent at the PCCM. It’s well-suited for events such as weddings, socials, anniversaries, christening, birthdays, conferences, corporate meetings, fundraisers, and special occasions. The hall has a capacity of 400 people that can accommodate all of your needs. The Boardroom is a private meeting space available for rent, ideal for small group meetings, presentations, or workshops. It includes a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and coat rack for convenience.

Our community hall serves as a hub for local markets, celebrations and activities. Rental space is available for half or full days to host your next celebration, event, wedding or market.
