The upper floor includes additional municipal offices as well as the original Courtroom space, available for rent.

Vimy Hall is a historical community hall licensed for 80 people with a stage and non-commercial kitchen. The hall is well suited to community gatherings, music shows, children’s birthday parties, large family or business events, and more.

Vintage Acres warmly welcomes a variety of occasions, from the magic of intimate weddings team building corporate gatherings and tranquility of quiet retreats & sound baths. Each event weaves a unique tale, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the serene elegance that defines Vintage Acres.

Booking of the complete facility gives the user exclusive use of the Main Hall, Court Room, Club Room and Kitchen for the booking period. Portions of the Hall are available at different rates including 1/2 day rates. Many events will only need to book the Main Hall and Kitchen for 1/2 day (6 hours) each, which is more cost-effective than booking the complete facility.

The hall features: a hardwood dance floor, fully equipped kitchen, bar area, stage with sound system and ceiling mounted projector screen, adjustable lighting, air conditioning, ample parking and is wheelchair accessible. Groups have the flexibility to use their own caterers and supply liquor themselves (with the correct SLGA permit). The kitchen is equipped with two ovens and eight stove top burners, a microwave, a proofing oven, one refrigerator, a freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and urns and a large beverage cooler in the bar area.

The Melbourne Community Centre is a vibrant hub in Arcadia featuring Chase the Ace nights and cribbage games. This accessible venue hosts seasonal yard sales and community dinners, serving as a primary gathering spot for Yarmouth District residents.

Wardner has a wonderful Community Hall and the Steeples’ View Reading Centre which are co-located in this centrally located building.

Hall offers full kitchen facilities for renters use as well as the nearby Victory Square Park with covered picnic area, tables and a gas barbecue.
Hall capacity varies between 202 and 168 depending on use. Meeting and activities spaces available in the lower level of the hall.
