We are a non- profit organization. Our group of community volunteers meet on a bimonthly basis to discuss planning of upcoming events as well as maintenance of our facilities that are the association’s responsibility. The community of Cardiff boasts a Community Hall, 2 ball diamonds, soccer fields, multi-sport court, skating rink, playground and more!

The Carling Community Centre opened in the Spring of 2019 as a multi-purpose community asset. It has the capacity to hold up to 300 guests and is suitable for a variety of events. The Main Hall is a large event room with a removable dividing wall which can create a 2/3 room and a 1/3 room to accommodate events of various sizes.

A community hall at Carroll, was formerly a chapel at the No. 17 Service Flying Training School near Souris. Built around 1940, after the war it was moved to this site. It was dedicated on 18 June 1947 to local veterans of the Second World War. It hosted such social functions as dances, pot luck suppers, craft and art shows, and Christmas concerts.
