Cammidge House, a restored historic farmhouse, is suitable for small indoor gatherings of 40 to 50 people. Set back about 400 metres from Centennial Beach and surrounded by grassy areas, it can accommodate 75 people for outdoor events.

The Red Barn is a historic building that has been lovingly restored to maintain its character and charm while providing all the modern amenities needed for up-scale social and commercial events. This beautifully lit and landscaped space was part of the century-old dairy farm that operated on Southlands for more than a century.
