Aberthau is a beautiful heritage Tudor-style mansion that just celebrated its 100th Anniversary in 2012. Aberthau is home to a number of recreation and cultural services and offices.

From weddings and milestone celebrations to retirement parties, bridal showers, and corporate receptions, our iconic oceanfront character home and its ethereal gardens have played host to countless special occasions, each infused with creativity and timeless style.

Built in 1916, the elegant 3,300 square-foot ballroom has a rich white, grey and aqua colour scheme, stained glass chandeliers, high ceilings, and large windows with an abundance of natural light. The building has a maximum capacity of 200 people and is wheelchair accessible.
