Nestled in the heart of Oyama, BC, the Oyama Community Club is a versatile venue that offers a charming and functional space for all kinds of events—from private parties and community gatherings to corporate retreats and unforgettable weddings. Our facilities include rentals of a large main hall, a smaller hall (Memorial Hall) and outdoor field and parking space. All rentals require insurance and discounts are available to community members.

Our community facility is available for your events, classes, meetings and clubs. We have a multi-purpose room, with kitchen, as well as a board room for smaller events. The facility is easy to access, next to Nellie McClung Elementary School, and provides access to the outdoor fields, children’s playgrounds and our Outdoor Rink & Basketball Courts.

The Parkallen Community League Hall is situated in beautiful Ellingson Park.

Host your next milestone in a bright, versatile space designed for connection. Featuring a modern, commercial-grade kitchen, a spacious main hall with stunning natural light, and an inviting foyer, this facility perfectly balances professional utility with community charm.

Our main hall is great for wedding receptions, conferences, trade shows, performances, fitness or dance classes, and more. The hall is approximately 1,500 square feet and has a maximum capacity of 140 people. Our lounge is a perfect place to hold meetings or small gatherings and is approximately 480 square feet.

Our spacious main hall and semi-commercial kitchen offer a cozy setting for a diverse range of special occasions. Conveniently situated in the inner city, we are just a five-minute walk from the C-Train Station, providing easy access to and from Macleod Trail. Our venue provides ample free parking for your event attendees, both in our parking lot and on the nearby streets.

the Hall contains a bright sunny rooms with a hardwood floored main room, a small kitchen and carpeted meeting room. Back doors lead out to a covered patio area and newly designed outdoor development with covered trellis.

Whether you’re looking to engage in fitness classes, attend art exhibitions, or participate in community forums, this center provides a welcoming environment where individuals can come together to learn, grow, and create lasting memories. Space rentals are also available with proof of insurance.

We can accommodate small meetings, medium sized meetings, multi-day meetings, small music events, birthday/anniversary/celebration of life events, small trade shows, craft fairs or a variety of other events.
