Situated along the North Saskatchewan river valley, Parkview community is a quiet, well-treed area in west-central Edmonton. Parkview Community centre has recently been upgraded providing a modern, multi-use venue for both community events and third party rentals.

The Pemberton Heights Community Hall is available for rental for community groups and events. The space includes a bright 50’ x 40’ gym with bright lights, newly finished floor, 4 adjustable-height basketball hoops, and a performance stage. There are male and female washrooms. There is no kitchen facility access.

The Pender Harbour Community Hall in Madeira Park is available to rent for events, meetings, and other activities. ​Our hall has a capacity to hold up to 200 persons maximum. It is a large hall 40′ x 60′ with a performance stage at the end of the room. It also has a separate room complete with bar and refrigerator and small freezer for ice storage. Two washrooms each with a wheelchair stall. A full commercial kitchen with two fridges (one single door and one double door) and one dish sanitizer plus dishes and cutlery for approximately 150+.

This multi-purpose centre has a comfortable seating capacity of 250 and boasts a large, commercial kitchen, a practical stage, hardwood dance floor, sound system with a cordless microphone, a designated bar area, large covered deck and ample parking.

Perdue offers recreation opportunities for all ages and interests, including bowling, walking, curling, skating, hockey, ball, and camping. The New Horizon Centre for senior citizens is open for games, coffee and visiting. The New Horizons is a place for seniors to socialize, play games, engage in social activities and host potluck meals and meetings.
The Arena is also available for larger rentals with a four-lane bowling alley, several social groups meeting weekly, and large hall rentals for special occasions such as weddings, concerts, and more. Full rental package includes: main hall, bar, kitchen, cooler, large and small meeting rooms, coat room and early access for decorating.
